Cripes! They have their own town Halloween website? I wish the same thing happened in my town too.
Oh no you didn't!!! Um, the Halloween Capital of the World is Anoka, Minnesota.....not Wisconsin. ;-)
I live about 15-20 miles from Anoka.

Oops... sorry, don't know how I managed that. Musta confused it with another article/blog I read that morning (been trying to catch up with the rest of the world lately...lol).
I live in Queensland Australia, not too many people around here get into Halloween...wish they did though, my partner and I love it! our halloween parties are getting bigger and better every year :)
